Youth at Heart are a charity that supports and works with young people and their families who are affected by Congenital Heart Disease.
We work closely with the Bristol Heart Institute, Bristol Childrens Hospital as well as many other clinics in South West England & South Wales. We are able to offer support in the hospital setting, both at clinics and during hospital stays, at home or in the community.
