Our Funders
Current funders
The NHS Gloucestershire Integrated Care Board (ICB) funds a range of support to the VCSE sector in the county. This includes our work with the Gloucestershire VCSE Strategic Partnership, the Go Volunteer Glos volunteering platform and our events programme for the sector. The ICB support us to create capacity within the sector and to develop an accountable representation model for Gloucestershire. They also help support the development of diverse and inclusive VCSE partnerships with health and care. Their funding enables us to work with the sector and partners to demonstrate the value of working together to deliver high quality integrated care, and to develop equitable relationships that promote inclusion and reduce health inequalities for local people and communities. We're extremely grateful that the ICB supports and encourages the sustainability of the Gloucestershire VCSE Alliance.
Gloucestershire County Council also funds a range of support for VCSE groups & organisations in the county. This includes our Funding Bulletin and the Go Volunteer Glos volunteering platform. The County Council funds our work around VCSE sector engagement and continues to contribute towards our core costs. The County Council has supported our organisation for a number of years, including providing the initial funding to set up our organisation many years ago. Their funding has helped us to develop and grow into the organisation that we are today. We are extremely grateful for the County Council's continued support.
Project funders
HCT provided funding for our Trustee Bank sessions and training videos. We continue to work closely with HCT and are extremely grateful for their continued support.
The National Lottery Community Fund provided funding for our Trustee Bank training videos. We are extremely grateful for their support to develop these videos for the sector.
The Barnwood Trust contributed to our research into 'Understanding Community Interest Companies in Gloucestershire'. We work closely with the Barnwood Trust on a range of projects, including our work to improve short breaks for families in Gloucestershire and are extremely grateful for their support.
The Summerfield Charitable Trust has provided us with funding to take forward their pioneering investment strategy which aims to improve the lives of thousands of people in the county, This is an innovative project that will see us working with VCSE groups & organisations, and communities in Gloucestershire to make a lasting impact for generations to come. You can find out more about this work on our Summerfield Community Chest page.
