Gloucestershire Community Foundation SWEF Awards Grants

Funding for: support with business start-up costs or an existing business. 
Who can apply: young people aged 18 to 30 who live in Gloucestershire.

Gloucestershire Funders  

Funding amount and term: it varies depending on the fund. 
Funding for: support, services and projects to improve life for people across Gloucestershire.  
Who can apply: Gloucestershire charities and groups. 
Funding priorities: check the individual funds.  
Any other information: Gloucestershire Funders are an informal group of funders committed to working together in a joined-up way to benefit Gloucestershire. They aim to provide one point of access to sources of financial support.

Enovert Community Trust   

Funding amount and term: up to £50,000.  
Funding for: community and environmental projects that enhance community sports and recreation facilities. 
Who can apply: non-profit organisations, constituted organisations or groups within 10 miles of a landfill site operated by Enovert Management Limited or within 10 miles of a waste facility managed by the company. This includes Cheltenham (GL52 7RS), Cirencester (GL7 1YG), Gloucester (GL2 5FR) and Lydney (GL14 4EJ).  
Funding priorities: it is important to demonstrate how your proposal will benefit your community. 
Any other information: there are five key criteria for projects here. 
Deadlines: 5 September 2025 and 5 December 2025.

Cotswold Primrose Charitable Trust  

Funding amount and term: unclear. 
Funding for: supporting individuals to access education, training, work and sports and physical activities. 
Who can apply: registered charities, churches, parish councils, local authorities and CASC-registered sports clubs. 
Funding priorities: as above.

Chipping Campden Community Trust 

Funding amount and term: unclear. 
Funding for: community projects that enhance the quality of life of the residents of Chipping Campden and the defined area. 
Who can apply: grants for residents, voluntary groups, charities and schools residing in the villages (a list is on their website) that benefit the local community. 
Funding priorities: as above. 
Any other information: applications will be considered where statutory government funding is not available and/or where other community funding has been applied for if available. Applicants must reside in Mickleton, Chipping Campden, Broad Campden, Weston-Sub-Edge, Willersey, Ebrington, Saintbury,  Charingworth, Aston-Sub-Edge or The Hidcotes.
