I personally find it really useful to see the other (job) vacancies advertised to get an idea of salaries and the development of other VCS organisations. I recently developed a salary benchmarking spreadsheet to support our own restructure and your bulletin was a vital source for gathering this data.

Earlier this year, the Gloucestershire VCSE Strategic Partnership consulted VCSE sector colleagues. As a result of the feedback received, the Partnership has developed a new plan based on feedback from the sector.
