Designed for someone who is struggling to cope with a life change, such as bereavement, retirement or job loss, health changes, or divorce.
Age UK Gloucestershire is running the Gloucester Life Changes project, Lottery funded project delivered in partnership with Cruse Bereavement Care and British Red Cross.
It is designed to help older people through tough times and improve confidence and wellbeing. This service is provided free for approximately 12 weeks.
As part of the project Springboard groups in Gloucester provide support and activities for older people coping with change.
