Earlier this month, we said goodbye to several of our longstanding trustees. Emma Griffiths, Jenny Hopkins, Ali McGuckin, and Cordell Ray MBE have now retired from our Board, having completed their second three-year term of office.
Our trustees and staff team would like to express our heartfelt gratitude to Emma, Jenny, Ali and Cordell and thank them sincerely for all they have done for our organisation during their many years of service. Their hard work, knowledge, dedication and guidance has been pivotal in enabling Gloucestershire VCSE Alliance becoming the organisation that it is today.
In partnership with the University of Gloucestershire Business School, we have developed a bespoke programme of training, covering a range of management training topics. Delivered by industry experts, each session will give you the tools and training you need to take actionable plans back into your organisation, whilst working with your peers to tackle some of the key challenges that you might be facing.
Places are fully funded for VCSE sector groups & organisations delivering services in Gloucestershire.

Over the last 18 months we have noticed the increase in staff turnover amongst our sectors' leaders. There are a variety of reasons behind this, which we are keen to uncover. However, for those still in post we recognise the ongoing challenges and difficulties, and indeed loneliness of running an organisation.
To support you with this, we are scoping out the appetite for CEOs and senior leaders in VCSE groups & organisations in Gloucestershire to participate in a series of Action Learning Sets. You can find out more and express your interest below:
