About Gloucestershire's Volunteer Awards
Gloucestershire’s Volunteer Awards celebrates and recognises the outstanding contribution of volunteers within our county. Our Awards shine a light on volunteers from a range of backgrounds and life experiences who are making a difference within our communities.
At our ceremony, we celebrate the extraordinary dedication, passion, and impact of local volunteers. From supporting vulnerable individuals to driving environmental initiatives and fostering inclusivity, these selfless contributions leave a lasting legacy. We know that volunteers are the heartbeat of Gloucestershire, strengthening communities, addressing local challenges, and inspiring others.
The Awards are organised in partnership with Go Volunteer Glos and Charlie's Community Support, for anyone affected by Cancer. We'd also like to say a huge thank you to Dame Janet Trotter DBE, OBE, CVO who has helped to develop and shape the Awards, and for her continued support.
