Event overview

This session will be delivered by Cleo Morris, Founder and Lead Diversity and Inclusion Trainer at Mission Diverse, the specialist training agency working towards greater workplace diversity. Cleo's vision is to make diversity the norm, not a trend. This webinar is fully funded and is part of our Post EDI(B) Conference Programme and EDI(B) Training Academy.

You do not need to attend our conference to book a place on this event. We welcome bookings from local charities, community groups and social enterprise organisations in Gloucestershire.

This training is designed to help you:

  • Develop a deeper understanding of various forms of multi-layered discrimination.
  • Recognise how different personal characteristics can intersect to create unique experiences of workplace discrimination.
  • Engage more effectively with clients and colleagues, fostering a more diverse and inclusive work environment.
  • Apply an intersectional approach to diversity and inclusion practices in the workplace.
