CandO has been designed to provide support when someone first notices signs and symptoms of their mental health worsening. It is open to any adult (aged 18+) in Gloucestershire who is experiencing issues with their emotional wellbeing, such as low mood, anxiety, stress and loneliness. This includes support and advice for individuals seeking help with self-harm, allowing them to receive the support they need, alongside wider support for overall emotional wellbeing.
One Gloucestershire has an online library containing a range of apps that have been through the ORCHA review process. The apps cover themes such as mental health, diabetes, cancer, breastfeeding, dental care and medication reminders.

Developed in partnership with the NHS and Money & Pensions Services, this toolkit details a range of questions a mental health professional can ask to explore any issues that someone might have about their finances. The toolkit is editable to allow for bespoke additions for local services.
Rethink Mental Illness has established and is developing new Mental Health forums for VCSE organisations in Gloucestershire. We previously ran a mental health forum, and will be supporting the Rethink team by sharing information about their new forums, now they have been established.
