Sector Job Vacancies (04/06/25)

Below is a list of the vacancies that we advertised in this week's News Bulletin:

  • Domestic Abuse Counsellor - Family Action. Salary: £28,598 FTE rising to £31,384 (£15,458.38-£16,964.32 pro rata). Hours: 20 per week. Application deadline: 5 June 2025. 

  • Dementia Adviser, Gloucestershire - Alzheimer’s Society. Salary: £24,651-£26,650 pro-rata. Hours: 28-35 hours per week. Application deadline: 11.59pm 11 June 2025.

  • NEW: Head of Connect & Nourish - GL11 Community Hub. Salary: £34,107 FTE pro rata. Hours: 22.5 hours per week. Application deadline: 9am 12 June 2025.

  • Diverse Communities Manager - Gloucestershire Cricket Foundation charity. Salary: £28,000 - £31,000 (depending on experience).  Hours: 37.5 per week.  Application deadline: midnight 15 June 2025.

  • Community Wellbeing Shed Development Coordinator - The Churn Project. Salary: £29,418 (FTE) Hours: 30 per week. Application deadline: 16 June 2025.

  • NEW: Chief Executive Officer – GL Communities. Salary: £45,000-£50,000 (pro rata for 22.5 hours per week). Hours: 22.5 per week. Application deadline: 20 June 2025.

    NEW: Community Resilience Officer – GRCC. Salary: £25,500 per annum (pro rata if part time). Hours: full time, but part time considered. Application deadline: 10am 30 June 2025.  

    NEW: Practice Manager - Every Cloud. Salary: £36,400 FTE/£15,400 pro rata. Hours: 20 per week during term time. Application deadline: 30 June 2025.

  • NEW: Trustees – Scouting in Gloucestershire
    Trustees are volunteers who sit on our County and District Trustee Boards to ensure good governance of our finances, buildings, and strategic planning. Through monitoring and supportive challenge, they help to ensure that young people in Gloucestershire have a great Scouting journey.

  • NEW: Trustee – Thriving Through Education
    We seek a diverse Board of Trustees in which all voices are heard. New trustees will have expertise in all aspects of charity governance, especially human resources, law, fundraising, and leadership in targeted support services.

  • NEW: Trustee – Monkscroft Pastoral Care
    To help us grow we are looking for enthusiastic and/or experienced members of the public to join our small team of trustees. Experience of supporting young children and their families and in human resources, fundraising, policy and strategy may be helpful, but they are not essential.
