Our Podcast: Cordell Ray (MBE)
Join Matt and Cordell as they discuss Cordell's role as Chief Executive of CCP, being appointed a Member of the British Empire (MBE) and what it’s like being Chair of our Trustee Board. Cordell also reflects on his experiences as a young person and shares what motivated him to work with young people early on in his career. In an interesting twist, Cordell puts Matt in the spotlight, asking Matt to share what it's like working with our trustees from a Chief Executive Officer's point of view.
