Working alongside the University of Gloucestershire Students' Union, we're undertaking an audit of current graduate employment landscape across VCSE organisations in Gloucestershire.

This audit will map where students are already contributing and identify gaps in contributions.

The results will help:

• The University design direct career pathways into the VCSE sector that the University Careers department can champion with students.

• The VCSE sector develop ways to recruit and retain emerging talent locally bring fresh, innovative perspectives and lived experiences and so enhance the collective impact and resilience of organisations across the county.
