Summerfield Charitable Trust 30th Anniversary Innovation Awards

To celebrate 30 years of charitable giving in Gloucestershire, the Summerfield Charitable Trust are launching four innovation awards, each worth £10,000, which will be given to projects or ideas which will tackle challenges in the county in new ways.

The four awards will reflect the key interest areas of the Trust:

  • Arts Award – including the arts, museums and built heritage;
  • Eco Award – including the environment and our natural heritage;
  • Communities Award – including community building, especially among vulnerable or disadvantaged groups; and
  • Education Award – including sport or recreation.

The awards will be given to charities who have an idea that demonstrates an original or inventive approach to tackling challenges and creating opportunities in the arts, environment, communities or in education. Applicants must be resident in Gloucestershire.

The successful awards will be announced in May 2020. Your idea or project needs to be delivered by September 2021.
