How we work in partnership and represent the sector

Working in partnership is at the forefront of everything we do here at the Gloucestershire VCS Alliance. We're passionate about promoting equal partnerships at every level within the county and strongly believe that we are Better Together. We do this in a range of ways, including:

  • Supporting local Integrated Locality Partnership (ILP) Representatives to champion the VCSE sector as equal partners in the design and delivery of local services. Our representatives gather and represent people’s experiences, priorities, views and concerns as well as sharing information about the work of the ILP and the opportunities it presents. Find out more here
  • Working with the VCSE sector in the county to establish leadership, engagement and governance structures that support improved and increased collaboration with One Gloucestershire's Integrated Care System. Both the VCSE sector and One Gloucestershire ICS are working together to make the county a better and healthier place to live and work in. Find out more here
  • Working in partnership with VCSE and Public sector partners to support mental health and wellbeing in Gloucestershire. We host a countywide Mental Health Forum and are delivering the community component of Gloucestershire’s Community Mental Health Transformation programme. Find out more here
